LACUNA
Irmak Arkman

Mekan, ses, beden ve metin odaklı bir performans gösterisi olan Lacuna, beyninde radyo olduğuna inanan, “dışarı”sıyla ilişkisini kesmiş, “içeri”de ilişkiye girebileceği tüm kaynakları tüketmiş, ayağa kalkamayan bir kadının bilinç akışını; uzuvları, organları ve hayatının uzandığı yerden nasıl kaybolduğunu konu alıyor.

LACUNA

Lacuna, which is a performance focusing on space, sound, body and text, recounts the story of a woman who believes to have a radio installed in her brain, who has severed all ties with the “outside” and who has frustarated all sources that she can interact with “inside” her house/body. Tracing this story through her own stream of consciousness, it narates how her limbs, organs and life detoriates where she lies.
